The magnetic force of the electric permanent magnet comes from the two high-energy rare earth materials that make up the magnetic circuit inside it: Ndfeb magnetic steel and aluminum-nickel-cobalt magnetic steel. The magnetic field conversion of the aluminum nickel-cobalt magnetic steel inside the electric permanent magnet is controlled by electric energy, and the magnetic field (magnetization state) or non-magnetic (demagnetization state) is characterized externally, so as to realize the adsorption and release of the material by the electric permanent magnet. The suction of the electric permanent magnet is provided by the high-energy permanent magnetic steel. After the electric permanent magnet enters the magnetizing state, the suction is not affected by environmental factors other than high temperature, and the suction is maintained in the state of power failure. Unique magnetic circuit structure design, through a large number of magnetic steel to form a three-dimensional closed magnetic circuit, so that the magnetic force line in the horizontal plane area to form a loop to produce strong suction.

 

 

The electric permanent magnet only uses electrical energy instantaneously during the magnetic circuit conversion, and no longer needs electrical energy to maintain the magnetic force during the working process, and the magnetic circuit conversion is fast (single-channel charging/demagnetization time ≤0.3 seconds). In the demagnetization state, the magnetic field of the aluminum-nickel-cobalt magnetic steel reverses, the magnetic field line forms a loop inside the electric permanent magnet, and there is no remanence on the working surface of the electric permanent magnet and the workpiece.
