2. Some customers are still using transformer and diode rectifier wiring using electromagnetic suckers.

The company’s products will be tested before the factory IU, our company’s grinding machine electromagnetic suction cup at the factory, the point contact suction will reach 120N/CM2, the larger place will reach 140N/CM2. All exceed the national standard 100N/CM2, there should be no workpiece masturbation situation.

After understanding it, it was found that the customer’s workpiece was uneven, the gear plate was not added when the workpiece was relatively high, and the diode rectifier part was broken.

The customer’s workpiece is uneven: it needs to be sorted out, or put on the gantry milling machine or other machine tools.

When the workpiece is relatively high: it is necessary to add a baffle to strengthen the suction, which will not cause the workpiece to slip.

The old diode is broken: replace the new rectifier block or add the rectifier control cabinet.
