Magnetic sucker is the ideal fixture for the mechanical industry
In addition to the processing accuracy, the surface quality of the magnetic chuck is also an extremely important aspect of the machining quality of mechanical parts.
Machining appearance quality refers to the outer surface condition of machine parts after processing. In the normal use of a machine, due to the gradual deterioration of the operation function of its parts, it can not continue to be used, and sometimes even sudden damage, except for a few reasons because of poor planning and insufficient strength, or accidental events caused by overload you need to ask your machine tool to add magnetic suction, so as to reduce wear or corrosion of external media and fatigue damage.

Wear, corrosion and fatigue damage, magnetic suction cups from the surface of the part, or from the surface of the part.
Therefore, the processing surface quality will directly affect the operation function of the part, especially its reliability and life.
With the rapid development of industrial technology, the requirements for the use of machines are getting higher and higher, some important parts in high pressure, high speed, high temperature and other high requirements of the operation, any shortcomings of the outer surface, not only directly affect the operation function of the parts, equipped with magnetic suction clamp can reduce stress corrosion and other phenomena, speed up the failure of parts. All this has a great connection with the surface quality of the processing, so the magnetic sucker has been paid more and more attention in all aspects.
How to use magnetic sucker
Place the workpiece on the suction table surface. Then the wrench is inserted into the shaft hole to hold the workpiece ready for processing.
In order to prevent any possible accidental rotation of the wrench in the magnetized state, the wrench should be removed before processing.
After the workpiece is processed, insert the wrench into the shaft hole and turn 180 counterclockwise to “OFF” to complete the demagnetization and safely remove the workpiece.
