一:How to use the demagnetizer
1. Correctly install the demagnetizer power cable:

 

Connect the three power cables derived from the demagnetizer power supply position to the two AC 380V live lines and the other one to the neutral line. It also comes with a stroke switch, which can be used in the production line instead of manual operation. It should be noted that the top of the demagnetizer is equipped with an axial flow fan, so that the demagnetizer can meet the needs of special users for long-term work.

 

2. Demagnetizer manual demagnetizing method:

 

After the power is switched on, the power indicator is on, first put the workpiece into the frame port, switch the working mode to the manual position, the demagnetization work starts, the demagnetization indicator is on, stay for about 5 seconds, slowly move the workpiece out of the frame port, and then switch back to the stop or automatic position, after a delay of 6 seconds, the demagnetization automatically stops working, and the demagnetization indicator is off. Before the demagnetizer stops working, the workpiece must be moved out of the frame port and moved in the horizontal direction to a place 1.5 meters away from the demagnetizer, in order to produce a gradually weakening alternating degenerating magnetic field inside the workpiece itself. The working mode switch is in the manual position and can also be powered on for a long time.

3. Automatic timing demagnetization device demagnetization method:

 

When used in the production line, the working mode switch is switched to the automatic timing position, the stroke switch is connected, and the stroke switch is adjusted to the adaptive position before the frame port, so that it can press before the workpiece enters the frame port at a uniform speed. The workpiece passes through the demagnetization port in 5-6 seconds and reaches 1.5 meters away, the demagnetization device automatically stops working, and the demagnetization of the workpiece is completed. During the demagnetization process, the workpiece can not be powered off within 1.5 meters from the frame mouth. If the workpiece is placed on the tray for demagnetization, the tray must be made of non-metallic materials, and the workpiece must not be placed in the metal tray or metal container for demagnetization, otherwise the demagnetization effect of the workpiece will be affected.

 

4. Demagnetization condition of demagnetization:

 

The working mode switch is generally in the automatic timing position, and the manual position residence time is generally not more than 1 minute each time. / Low remanence workpiece, such as low and medium carbon steel, cast iron, etc., can use weak magnetic demagnetization file, high residual high carbon steel, alloy steel and 錊 after fire with strong demagnetization file, for particularly difficult to demagnetization workpiece, can be repeated in the three-dimensional direction of demagnetization, that is, first use strong demagnetization file on the workpiece, and then rotate the workpiece 90 degrees horizontally once, and then turn the workpiece once in the vertical direction. The remanence of the six surfaces of the workpiece can be fully removed to achieve the purpose of complete demagnetization.

 

In the process of use, if there is improper, resulting in the demagnetizer temperature is too high, if the use temperature control limit is exceeded, the demagnetizer will automatically stop working, after the temperature is reduced, the demagnetizer will automatically resume work.

 

Warm reminder:

 

① When the demagnetizer is powered on and starts to work, be sure to disconnect the power after the workpiece is passed from the demagnetizer to the frame port about 1.5M distance.

 

② The demagnetization workpiece can be fine demagnetization, and the power supply must not be disconnected before the workpiece leaves the frame port, because the demagnetization is not net and magnetized.

 

③ Pay attention to the demagnetizer waterproof, the workpiece can not carry water through the frame, easy to produce static electricity, or water leakage to destroy the coil. Pay attention to electric protection when operating the equipment in humid air.
