The electric permanent magnet clamping system is a clamping system that relies on strong permanent magnet (Ndfeb, aluminum nickel cobalt) to attract and fix the mold. The mold size does not have to be uniform, just press the button to clamp instantly. Power ON/OFF only. Clamping does not consume power, even if the power failure, the mold will not fall off. Clamping force (attraction) acting equally on the whole face of the mold can effectively prevent the deformation of the mold and improve the processing quality of the product.
