How to disassemble and repair permanent magnet chuck?
Permanent magnet chuck after a long run, because of poor insulation and other reasons simply constitute electromagnetic chuck burn, and the newly purchased electromagnetic chuck is not cost-effective, maintenance costs are relatively high, so how do users carry out their own maintenance, because the electromagnetic coil insulation process of the electromagnetic chuck is messy, maintenance is more difficult.
How to maintain the permanent magnet suction cup? Electric permanent magnet chuck maintenance six steps:
1, press the button of the grinding wheel motor, start the electromagnetic chuck switch, the workpiece can not be drawn, because the relay contact interlock, together with the grinding wheel motor can not start.
Step 2. Open the distribution box of the electromagnet rectifier controller, check the electricity at both ends of the fuse with a test pen, and then use a multimeter AC 500V to measure the power supply voltage to 380V. Turn off the main power switch, check whether the AC contactor has a mechanical deadlock appearance, remove one of the coil wires of the contactor, use a multimeter to suppress the resistance at both ends of the measurement coil, the dial indicator is normal, proving that the coil is outstanding.
Step 3, after connecting the coil wire, remove the undervoltage relay housing, measure the resistance at both ends of the electric permanent magnet coil, the dial is still indicating normal, indicating that the undervoltage relay coil is not broken, and then check whether the relay is mechanically stuck. Then close the upper power switch, use a multimeter AC stop to measure the transformer sub-side voltage is 135V, and convert the DC stop to measure the voltage at both ends of the rectifier diode. Under normal circumstances, the DC voltage output of the bridge rectifier should be 110V, and there is no voltage output.
Step 4. Disconnect the main power switch, use a multimeter to prevent and measure four rectifier diodes, and find that there is a problem with two tubes.
Step 5. Weld the wire connecting the diode, remove the diode, and measure again to prove that the tube has been broken down. Replace the two new secondary tubes, connect the wires, and check whether the welding is strong.
Step 6. Close the main power switch and measure both ends of the rectifier diode with a multimeter in DC gear. There is a voltage indicating that the voltage value is 110V. The operator presses the wheel motor button to start the permanent magnet chuck switch, and the workpiece can be sucked.
Summary: The above is the permanent magnet suction cup arranged for you how to repair? Teach you the six steps of electric permanent magnet chuck maintenance, if you do not understand the maintenance of electric permanent magnet chuck welcome to call us, thank you!
