The electric permanent magnet sucker is a new type of magnetic fixture designed using the principle of double magnetic circuit conversion. The electric permanent magnet sucker is widely used in various machine tools and factory processing centers, as well as various production and manufacturing fields such as turning, milling, planing, grinding, etc. Compared with the traditional fixture, the electric permanent magnet sucker is characterized by simple operation, energy saving and energy consumption advantages, which can greatly improve the work production efficiency and product processing quality.

 

The electric permanent magnet uses NdFeb permanent magnet as a magnetic source, which only requires an instant current (only a few seconds) at the moment of magnetic pole switching, and does not need to provide current in the process of use.

 

In the state of magnetization, the electric permanent magnet cup converts the magnetic circuit to make the magnetic template emit an external circulating magnetic force line with limited penetration depth, and securely fixed the mold without affecting the internal parts of the mold.

 

In the demagnetization state, the magnetic field line only circulates inside the magnetic plate, which can easily separate the mold without generating any remanent magnetism on the mold backplane.
